Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of business administration, team leadership, and office coordination.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative functions of the office, including team coordination, workflows, and resource planning.

  • Manage the office operations, including team coordination, workflows, and resource planning
  • Lead internal processes for staff rostering, training support, performance tracking, and basic payroll processing
  • Oversee the company's records, document control, and supplier communications
  • E nsure smooth functioning of all office systems and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate compliance with WHS standards and internal company policies
  • Provide operational support to directors and liaise with contractors, clients, and external consultants
  • Contribute to reviewing internal procedures and service standards to improve business operations
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Manager with:

  • At least 2 years' experience in office or operations management
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities
  • Solid knowledge of office systems, records management, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working in a trade, HVAC, or construction environment preferred
  • Qualification in Business Administration or a related field highly regarded
