Job Title: Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our childcare development project in Queanbeyan, NSW. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional projects and a keen eye for detail.

About the Role:

  • The Site Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all construction activities on site, including the structural design of the two-storey, above-ground carpark.
  • The role involves managing schedules to ensure the project is completed on time and within scope.
  • Collaboration with architects, engineers, and other professionals is essential to guarantee the project meets specification and complies with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • The Site Manager must ensure all workers on site adhere to proper safety protocols.
  • Effective management of resources such as materials, equipment, and labour is crucial.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Manager, preferably in childcare centres or similar projects.
  • Detailed knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations, including those specific to childcare centres and multi-storey carparks.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Attention to detail and the capacity to work under pressure.
