Job Title: Centre Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Centre Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained in the centre.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, with at least 2 years of experience as a Centre Manager or a minimum of 4 years as a 2IC/Assistant Director in a large service (90+ places). Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency with technology and ability to adapt to new software and systems quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of care and education are maintained.
  • Ensure the centre meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and the local community.
  • Manage enrolments, resources, and participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Centre Manager or a minimum of 4 years as a 2IC/Assistant Director in a large service (90+ places).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with technology and ability to adapt to new software and systems quickly.
