Enhance Organizational Capacity as a Learning and Capability Leader

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our learning and capability initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our people.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of learning strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation. They will have experience managing learning systems, mandatory training programs, and enterprise capability frameworks.
About the Role- Lead the development, delivery, and ongoing improvement of our learning and capability programs.
- Maintain and implement our Capability Framework.
- Develop and implement our SES and whole-of-agency Performance Framework.
- Design and implement a skills taxonomy aligned to our job family framework.
- Proven experience leading a learning and development team or similar role in a fast-paced, large complex people-centred organisation.
- Expertise in learning and capability strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Experience managing learning systems, mandatory training programs, and enterprise capability frameworks.
- Strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models, including the 70:20:10 model.
