Clinical Trial Manager Role

This is a senior position responsible for overseeing the execution of clinical research studies worldwide. As the lead for global/regional clinical trials, you will be accountable for day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Manage project teams to deliver study objectives, adhering to contract terms and ICH/GCP guidelines
  • Serve as primary point of contact for project-related matters and study deliverables
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication
  • Oversight of project team members and deliverables, including training and performance evaluations
  • Review and provide input on study protocol, data analysis plan, and final report
  • Develop operational project plans, manage risk assessments, and oversee study vendors
  • Direct supervision of project Clinical Research Associates (CRA) and monitoring deliverables

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in health/life science field
  • Minimum two years of clinical trial management experience in the Asia Pacific region; additional indications a plus
  • Prior CRO experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, including English proficiency
  • Flexibility, accountability, and comfort working in a global environment
