Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Research Manager to lead global clinical research studies. As a key member of our project teams, you will have the autonomy to truly drive and execute clinical trials.

  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and applicable laws.
  • Serve as primary contact for project-specific issues and study deliverables.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication.
  • Provide cross-functional oversight, ensuring necessary project-specific training is provided.
  • Review and provide input on study protocol, data analysis plan, and final study report.
  • Develop operational project plans.
  • Manage risk assessment and mitigations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in health/life science related field.
  • At least two years of clinical research management experience in the Asia Pacific region; indications of interest a plus.
  • Prior CRO experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, including good verbal and written English.
