Global Project Lead - Clinical Research

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead global clinical research studies. The successful candidate will oversee the management of cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices throughout all stages of project development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, ensuring adherence to guidelines and regulations.
  • Serve as primary contact for project-related issues and deliverables.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of protocols, therapeutic areas, and indications.
  • Provide strategic oversight of project team members and outputs.
  • Review and contribute to study protocol, data analysis plan, and final report.
  • Develop operational project plans and manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee site quality, including supervision of project staff and monitoring deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a health/life science related field.
  • At least two years of experience in clinical trial management, preferably in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Prior experience in contract research organizations is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong verbal and written English abilities.
  • Flexibility, accountability, and comfort working in a global environment.
