Every team member is valued for their contribution and solution focused approach.About the Role:As a Clinical Trial Research Nurse, you play a vital role in the implementation of clinical trials for a variety of studies.
You work closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to ensure each trial is conducted efficiently, ethically, and to the highest standards of participant safety and care.
You will be allocated specific portfolios to support and assist the wider clinical team in their daily functions.What you might do in a typical day:Coordinate and implement clinical trial activities as part of a multidisciplinary teamProvide high-quality nursing care and monitor the safety and wellbeing of trial participants throughout the studyConduct nursing assessments, administer investigational and standard of care medication, and monitor for adverse eventsCollect, document, and manage clinical trial data in accordance with study protocols and regulatory requirementsLiaise regularly with principal investigators, clinical trial co-ordinators, clinical trial pharmacy, clinical trial laboratory and all site staff to ensure seamless trial deliverySupport trial-related administrative activities, training, and mentoring of less-experienced research staff where applicableThe sort of person who will be a great fit for the role and our team is someone who:Quickly and easily Builds Rapport to deliver great customer focus and achieve comfortable working relationshipsPresents Confidently and Professionally, showing Compassion to participantsExplains things to others in simple termsIs highly Organized yet Adaptable to changing demandsHas an acute eye for Detail, to ensure accuracy and understands the importance of Adherence to processes and guidelinesTakes Pride in their work, always striving for the highest standard and qualityAnticipates and Prevents problems before they happenEngages with a Curious nature to Problem Solve and work autonomously, but seeks direction when requiredWhat do we need from you?
Registered Nurse with at least 3-4 years experienceExperience in clinical research, preferably with exposure to industry sponsored clinical trials of at least 2 yearsExcellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to ethical research practicesAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamKnowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and relevant regulatory guidelines is highly regarded.If you are an enthusiastic registered nurse seeking to make a difference in clinical research, we want to hear from you.
