Global Clinical Research Project Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Trial Manager to oversee the successful execution of global clinical research studies.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong background in managing complex projects from startup to database lock and closure.
Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Manage and provide accountability for day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Sponsor Liaison: Serve as primary Sponsor contact for project-specific issues and study deliverables.
- Protocol Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication.
- Cross-Functional Oversight: Provide cross-functional oversight of project team members and deliverables, ensuring all necessary project-specific training is provided.
- Risk Management: Develop operational project plans, manage risk assessment and mitigations, and ensure quality management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree or above in health/life science related field.
- At least two years of clinical trial management experience in the Asia Pacific region; indications of interest a plus.
- Prior CRO experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, including good verbal and written English.
