Global Clinical Research Leader

As a Clinical Trial Manager, you will oversee the execution of global clinical research studies and empower project teams to deliver results. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, providing strategic direction, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational plans for projects
- Serve as primary point of contact for project-specific issues
- Maintain expertise in therapeutic areas and indications
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes
- Review and provide input on study protocols, data analysis plans, and final reports
- Develop strategies to manage risk and optimize project efficiency
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure delivery of high-quality services
- Ensure site quality through direct supervision of CRA and monitoring activities
- Bachelor's degree or above in health/life science related field
- At least two years of experience in clinical trial management, preferably in Asia Pacific region
- Prior experience working with CROs is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, including strong verbal and written English
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
