About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Support Professional to join our team. As an integral part of our leadership, you will provide exceptional support to our CEO and Executive Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling us to focus on our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare board papers and accurate minutes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
  • Plan and deliver memorable corporate events that reflect our values and mission.
  • Support good governance practices, maintaining a smooth workflow behind the scenes.
  • Track actions and delivery, ensuring our Executive reporting is top-notch and well-presented.
  • Manage diaries and provide high-level administrative support, keeping executives focused on priorities.
Requirements
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel are your expertise).
  • Experience with Stellar Boards software is an advantage, and being comfortable with AI tools will be a plus.
  • You thrive in a paperless environment and are willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
  • Attention to detail is your superpower – you polish everything you touch.
  • You are professional, approachable, and naturally customer-focused.
