Strategic Asset Management Professional

This role is ideal for motivated professionals with 3-10 years' experience who want to play a vital part in delivering meaningful support for clients while developing their career in an environment that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

You will manage key projects, collaborate with talented teams, and engage directly with clients to deliver strategic advisory services. You could be supporting transport, mining, energy, facilities or even cultural institutes.

The role requires expert knowledge in Asset Management in the Mining sector, with at least 3 years of experience in asset management, asset maintenance, asset management systems, or related advisory roles. You must have proven experience managing complex projects from planning to implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

A strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format is essential. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, data presentation, and public speaking, are also required.

Team collaboration and a willingness to learn from and mentor others are highly valued. A relevant qualification, such as a Bachelor's or Post-Graduate degree in a relevant field, with certification in Asset Management (CAMA, CPAM or equivalent) is necessary.
