Customer Service Excellence Specialist

The role of a Customer Service Excellence Specialist is pivotal in driving customer success. As a key team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to customers through various communication channels.
Main responsibilities include:
- Developing an in-depth understanding of our platform capabilities
- Providing high-quality product support to customers
- Communicating effectively with customers through written and verbal skills
- Diagnosing software issues and resolving escalated customer complaints
- Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be passionate about innovative problem-solving, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Additionally, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Zendesk, and Salesforce is highly desirable.
Key Qualifications- Australian work authorization without restrictions
- Ability to work a Saturday-Wednesday working week (weekends)
