Job Overview:

We seek an experienced Clinical Governance Lead to drive the design and implementation of clinical education programs that support high-quality, evidence-based care aligned with our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead staff on clinical topics, promoting a culture of learning and development.
  • Consult with clinical leaders to address clinical risks by improving clinical systems and processes through education and training.
  • Oversee safe medication management, regulatory compliance, and sound clinical governance.
  • Collaborate with the L&D department to implement the clinical education strategic plan.

Required qualifications include:

  • Current registration with AHPRA.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Diploma of Training Design and Development or Graduate Certificate in Clinical Education.
  • Minimum 5 years post-graduate clinical experience within aged care and 3 years' experience as a trainer/educator.
  • Ability to prepare, deliver, and evaluate clinical education programs across multiple locations.
