We are seeking a Senior Manager to drive strategic partnerships forward.

The team is looking to grow and strengthen our engagement with partners, focusing on key objectives and delivering transformational impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive partnership strategy in Australia.
  • Manage an existing portfolio while identifying opportunities to drive revenue and growth.
  • Support the fundraising strategy and execution across each partnership, ensuring aligned efforts that contribute directly to income growth and long-term impact.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving forward our approach to further strengthen our partnerships. You will be responsible for helping to contribute to overall business growth, whilst building relationships that fully leverage and harness the power of our business to achieve impactful results.

You will be responsible for leading and working in partnership with colleagues who are responsible for implementation.

You will report to the Director of Partnerships and Business Development.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of previous experience working in partnership management, delivering high-quality partnerships.
  • Previous experience of line/team management.
  • A proven track record of taking initiative, working independently, and being resourceful.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
  • Good organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and manage several programs concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • A self-starter with a high level of internal motivation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Proficient in research techniques, database management.
  • Proficient in building compelling proposals.
  • Demonstrated experience in building mutually beneficial strategic plans.
