Network Lead Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our Container Refund Point network within the Townsville region. As Network Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence by ensuring compliance, enhancing safety, and optimising performance across our network.

About the Role:

  • You will oversee the Container Refund Point network within the Townsville region, reporting to the Network Manager.
  • You will work closely with operators to improve recovery rates, manage operator touchpoints, and resolve complaints.
  • You will conduct regular site audits and operator reviews to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • You will monitor and manage network costs, maintain traffic and movement plans, and drive ongoing improvements in customer experience.
