We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with customers, drive business growth, and make a meaningful impact.

As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions. Your goal will be to ensure that our customers achieve maximum value from our platform and products.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in customer success or account management, with a proven track record of managing strategic customers with complex SaaS product portfolios. You will be able to establish yourself as a trusted advisor with customer partners, guiding outcomes and ensuring goals are aligned from a business strategy perspective.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Customer-facing experience: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers at the C-suite and executive level.
  • Success planning: Experience developing customer success plans, including regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and strategic planning sessions.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to navigate complex implementation processes with multiple partners globally to meet complex enterprise needs.
  • Product knowledge: Understanding of common Jira and Confluence end-user use cases and ways of working, with ability to demonstrate those use cases.
