Senior Administration Officer

As a Senior Administration Officer - Aged Care, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to residents, relatives, staff, and the public. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining mail, filing, and archiving systems, coordinating reception, and attending to queries internally and externally. Additionally, you will assist the Director of Nursing and other staff with administrative tasks, coordinate site meetings, and manage meeting agendas, minutes, and action lists for distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, relatives, staff, and the public.
- Organise and maintain mail, filing, and archiving systems.
- Coordinate reception to ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and residents.
- Attend to queries internally and externally with prompt and courteous attention.
- Assist the Director of Nursing and other staff with administrative tasks.
- Coordinate site meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, and documentation.
- Manage meeting agendas, minutes, and action lists for distribution.
Requirements
- Recognised qualification in Business Administration or Office Skills or extensive recent experience in office administration and clerical duties or other relevant qualifications.
- Current DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential).
- Current National Police Clearance (essential).
- Experience within a residential aged care facility, community service, not-for-profit, or similar organisation.
- Experience with RosterOn is desirable.
- Display understanding of quality improvement processes and standards.
- Familiarity with Workplace Health & Safety regulations.
- Ability to multi-task.
