Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at EBR. This is a fantastic career opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the audio-visual industry.

**Job Description:**

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing small, medium, and large-scale projects from start to finish. Your primary goal will be to deliver projects on-time, within scope, and within budget. You will also be responsible for developing project plans, implementing project schedules, and coordinating with subject matter experts, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction

• Coordinating with project teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within budget

• Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues

• Maintaining accurate records and reports to track project progress

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new business opportunities and participate in strategic planning sessions to shape the future direction of our company.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the audio-visual industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances

• Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction, electronics, information technology, or software engineering

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. If you are a motivated and experienced project manager looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
