About Savills Australia

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our dynamic team in NSW. As a key member of our Projects team, you will be responsible for managing all phases of projects to ensure client objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality results.
  • Oversee the appointment of consultants on behalf of clients and administer their contracts.
  • Develop programs for project design, construction, and delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on project options, design, and construction, offering concise reports and recommendations.
  • Coordinate the selection of contractors, manage documentation, and oversee contract administration.
  • Ensure smooth project handovers, including defect rectification and operational training as needed.
  • Facilitate effective project meetings and provide clear, actionable reports to stakeholders.
  • Leverage leadership skills to guide internal and external project teams towards successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in property or construction-related fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in health infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, including Head Contract, ECI, and Design and Construct.
  • Excellent commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
