Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious Project Coordinator to assist with day-to-day operations on our multiple Defence projects around Sydney. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within the building and construction industry.

About You

  • You have 1-2 years post-grad experience in a similar role within the building and construction industry.
  • You hold tertiary qualifications in Construction, Civil Engineering or a similar discipline.
  • You can positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • You have an understanding of the bigger picture and the ability to self-manage your workload while working well in a team.
  • You possess proven problem-solving ability.
  • You have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines.
  • You can obtain a Defence (DCAC) pass.

The Role

  • Compiling and creating QA/QC documentation.
  • Coordinating direct labour workforce, suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Quantity take-offs.
  • Project procurement.
  • Providing advice on technical and engineering issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with HSECQ requirements.

Salary and Benefits

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
