Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering large-scale construction projects with a mix of retail and commercial developer clients.

  • Authority Approvals: Ensure timely submission of documents to relevant authorities, including CDC and DA applications.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate records and distribute documents through a software platform.
  • Design: Liaise with planners, engage external architects, traffic planners, and structural designers to finalize drawings.
  • Tendering: Finalize scope, prepare cost plans, tender documents, and conduct interviews to award contracts.
  • Construction Coordination: Liaise with various stakeholders, including builders, architects, and contractors.
  • Finance: Forecast cash flow, assess payment claims, and manage variations.
  • Safety: Monitor safety observations and ensure compliance with regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a recognized degree in construction management, project management, engineering, or architecture. They must be willing to travel to project sites, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have experience working in high-pressure environments.
