About Our Healthcare Team

We are seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our national operations by delivering exceptional customer service across our portfolio.

This is a critical role in ensuring that we provide high-quality support to patients, healthcare professionals and caregivers who rely on us during challenging times. Your ability to listen, empathize and respond with compassion will directly impact their wellbeing.

As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer interactions, resolving service enquiries and learning about our product portfolio to provide accurate guidance and support. You will also ensure seamless communication between external customers and internal teams, support operational efficiency and maintain compliance with our service standards and healthcare regulations.

In addition to these responsibilities, you may be assigned additional duties by management to support business needs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver empathetic, professional support to all patients, homecare patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals across national healthcare accounts.
  • Accurately process orders and coordinate timely deliveries, proactively communicating any delays or changes to minimize patient impact.
