Office Administrator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

About the Role:

  • Job Summary: To provide high-quality administrative services and support to our team members.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  2. Providing administrative support to team members, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
  3. Preparing and distributing reports, documents, and other materials as required.
  4. Requirements:
  • 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
