About the Role
- Provide administrative and reception support, including phone and email communications
- Provide assistance and basic training to young people on the use of the internet
- Maintain filing requirements and provide administration support to the Youth Service Unit, users and other tenants of the YRC as directed
- Assist in the organisation and hands-on running of freight forwarding and related logistics
- Maintain room booking system for activity areas and counselling rooms
- Simultaneously completing a Certificate III in Business
- Well-presented and enthusiastic
- Successful completion of Year 10, and some relevant administration or customer service experience
- Currently holds or is willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
- Ability to operate Telephone Switchboard competently
- Ability to use word and excel efficiently
- Able to work autonomously and proactively
- Mature and opened minded
- Positive and trustworthy
- Willing to undertake a police check
- Recent school leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Complete a nationally recognised qualification in Certificate III in Business
- Scope for career progression within the business
- Be paid the national award rate
- Have a mentor to support and guide you during your traineeship
