We are looking for a dedicated and organised Operations Administrator to join our team in the PM shift at our Truganina site.
About the Opportunity: The successful candidate will perform the below duties including but not limited to: Ensuring effective movement of pallet and operations data  Ensuring accurate and comprehensive processing of manifests Handle general administration tasks and provide support to the site manager.
Organise and review driver run sheets and report discrepancies to management Support and process load plans, while ensuring that all Dangerous Goods Declarations are properly attached to customer consignments.
Provide general administrative support to operational activities within the depot.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues and concerns promptly and professionally Operate a forklift to place freight in designated areas and to load and unload vehicles when required.
About You: A minimum of 1 years' experience in an administrative capacity.
Have a current Forklift Licence Strong computer literacy skills including word and excel Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry desirable.
Have a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
An ability to work well under pressure.
