Corporate Advisory Role

This is a unique opportunity to work on high-calibre transactions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will have the chance to work alongside respected professionals who are passionate about delivering strategic and commercial outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting for buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions, including undertaking due diligence.
  • Advising on general commercial and corporate law matters.
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Advising on corporate restructuring, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Acting for clients seeking approval from various regulators.
  • Contributing to business development and marketing activities, as well as legal precedents.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years post-admission experience working in a corporate advisory position.
  • Commercially minded, proactive and confident in building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
