Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, testicular cancer.

**About the role**

You will support the implementation of our organisation-wide strategic direction using human-centred design, commercial acumen and strong communication skills to help project teams plan and implement the transactional side of the initiatives that underpin our strategy.

You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and our Richmond office. This full-time role is being offered on a fixed term contract (18 months).

**You'll have the opportunity to**
- Work with the business to develop enhanced project and contract management capability and uplift risk identification, assessment and management capability, as well as drive more efficient planning and implementation of bespoke project transacting and grant investments in a timely manner.
- Drive an uplift in organisational procurement practices, build-out existing template register, and support continuous learning and improvement of processes that support legal, governance and contracting activities.
- Identify gaps in organisational policy and governance arrangements, and convene cross-functional projects to uplift documentation, and transfer knowledge across the organisation (including by creating engaging training and awareness programs).
- Establish relationships with teams that own relevant risks/policy requirements in relation to contracts so that Movember's risk appetite and management practices are satisfied and documented when entering into commercial or cause-related partnerships.
- Establish processes and systems to review and audit contracts post execution, to ensure compliance with contract terms and train and handover the review processes to the business owners.

**For this role, you'll need**
- Tertiary qualification in law, commerce, finance or business.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- 8 - 10 years' experience in legal, finance or business management roles, with demonstrated experience leading process improvement.
- Experience in negotiating and managing contracts, as well as transaction structuring.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
- Ability to communicate with and work with all levels of an organisation, external partners and advisors and build lasting and meaningful relationships.
- Highly developed organisational skills and ability to prioritise a high volume of matters.
- Ability to solve complex issues with a global lens.

**Bonus points for**
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector.
- Previous experience working in a global environment or overseas.
