Senior Manager/Director Opportunity

The role combines strategic advisory, transactional expertise and financial acumen to deliver impactful results through data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will lead due diligence engagements for private equity investor groups and corporate buyers, providing critical insights on potential targets.
  • You will conduct thorough financial and operational assessments of target companies by reviewing accounting records and interviewing key stakeholders.
  • You will develop and evaluate comprehensive financial models, including pro forma information.
Requirements and Expectations

A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as accounting, business, finance or economics, coupled with at least 10 years of related experience is highly desirable.

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential, preferably supported by transactional diligence or M&A transactions experience.
