Strategic Transaction Advisory Role

This position forms part of our Enterprise Deals practice, a specialist division that advises emerging, private and mid-market clients to build successful, efficient and resilient organisations. Our team provides high-quality analysis, strategic focus and disciplined execution to help clients renew and transform their enterprises through M&A transactions.

As a key member of our Transaction Services team, you will play a significant role in financial due diligence engagements for high-growth clients. Your responsibilities will include analysing quantitative and qualitative information on companies, industries and transactions, identifying key performance metrics and value drivers, liaising with clients regarding business performance, cash flow forecasts and prospects, thinking critically and proposing strategies related to the advice being provided.

You will work closely with our clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, delivering due diligence, financial analytics, advice on transaction-related accounting matters, reviewing Sale and Purchase Agreements, and investigating Accountant Reports in relation to Initial Public Offerings. You will also develop a deep understanding of businesses through analysis of historical trading, quality of earnings, cash flow, working capital, net debt, capital expenditure, forecasts and underlying assumptions, and drivers of business performance.
