We are seeking a skilled Unit Manager to join our team. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our unit, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results. You will also have a strong understanding of operational management, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the unit's budget and financial performance
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience
- Leading a team of staff to achieve business objectives and improve performance
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improvement
