- Support the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver high-quality early learning and care services.
- Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Implement best practices and standards as outlined in our quality framework.
