Nurse Unit Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and committed Nurse Unit Manager to join our leadership team in the Emergency Department at Gosford Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate clinical services to ensure timely, safe, and person-centred care for patients.
  • Lead a team of nursing professionals and foster a culture where staff feel empowered, valued, and supported to grow.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in an acute care or emergency department setting.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing staff.
