Job Opportunity

Sales and Project Management professionals can leverage their technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive growth in the Process Automation industry. We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee strategic account planning, sales opportunity management, and project execution within this domain.

This role involves defining and executing mid- to long-term goals to grow and nurture new and existing accounts, aligning closely with our business strategy. You will develop customized account strategies, prioritize prospects based on strategic importance, and engage key stakeholders to build lasting relationships and drive sales performance.

Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of the opportunity pipeline in your region, from creation through closure. This includes running marketing-led campaigns, evaluating customer needs, and identifying the right solutions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Assess opportunity risks, understand customer financial constraints, and propose business models and financing options that meet client goals.
  • Oversee a small team of project managers, providing leadership and guidance across solution bids and project execution in Process Automation.
  • Provide mentorship, set performance expectations, resolve conflicts, and build a collaborative team culture while ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with proven experience in both sales and project management.
  • Strong technical foundation in process control, exceptional leadership skills, and a successful track record in stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in a multinational organization with matrix reporting structures is highly desirable.
  • Experience within the Process Automation industry, solid understanding of sales, and strong communication skills to articulate the benefits of our technology.
