Strategic Business Process Improvement Specialist

This position is dedicated to delivering mission-critical business impact through strategic problem solving and collaboration with clients. The ideal candidate will work directly with project stakeholders to define, design, and implement business process-based solutions.
- Work closely with client teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions
- Design and implement business process improvements using Appian software, providing demonstrations to clients and stakeholders
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team delivery and optimize business agility
The successful candidate will have a strong background in software consulting, preferably in Portal, BPM, DM, or EAI related settings, and a passion for technology and demonstrated success in cross-functional roles.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, plus 5+ years of experience in software consulting
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to design and implement improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
