As a strategic business partner, the Operational Excellence Manager plays a pivotal role in driving process excellence within Amazon's Last Mile Delivery business. Reporting to the Regional ACES Manager, this individual will contribute to optimizing Delivery Station operations by developing and implementing effective change processes.

This collaborative role involves solving complex problems with practical solutions through deep operational process understanding. Effective communication plans are created to provide visibility to impacted teams, ensuring overall process alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for station management regarding process improvements and benchmarking.

• Work on effective change processes, contributing to network standardization via best practice sharing, and monitoring logistics and delivery success through set performance indicators.

Key Deliverables:

• Action plans to drive current performance to benchmark rates.

In this position, the Operational Excellence Manager is a key driver for successful order execution, positively influencing customer satisfaction.

During peak time, the Operational Excellence Manager will have the responsibility for the day-to-day management of a Delivery Station, providing leadership to Operations Supervisors, Operations Assistants, and Delivery Service Providers, managing external agency relationships and performance.
