Key Responsibilities
  • Global Operational Excellence: Enhance operational activities on a global and local scale, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.

  • Team Growth and Development: Nurturing team growth and development through performance management, inspiring others towards greatness as a prominent member of the ANZ Management Team.
Requirements
  • Business Acumen and Experience: Possess a background in business, project management, logistics, supply chain, or related field, with extensive experience in operations over a decade.
  • Inventory Management and Technical Skills: Demonstrate a track record in inventory management, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Salesforce administration & IBM iSeries administration.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills and high integrity, with exceptional customer service, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Have experience working with cross-functional teams and multi-national organizations, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the publishing industry is preferred, but not essential.
