Food Safety and Quality Assurance Leader

Overview

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Food Safety and Quality Assurance leader to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance function, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing quality and food safety strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to quality and food safety issues
  • Providing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members

Key Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance, with a focus on leadership and process improvement
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction through quality and food safety initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making
