Overview
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Food Safety and Quality Assurance leader to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance function, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in food safety and quality assurance, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing process improvements. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing quality and food safety strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive process improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to quality and food safety issues
- Providing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
Key Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance, with a focus on leadership and process improvement
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction through quality and food safety initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making
