Senior Food Safety Specialist

As a QA Principal Scientist, you will lead the quality assurance and compliance efforts for food and beverage products in the ANZ region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive quality and safety programs to drive excellence throughout the supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality standards and maintain them across the supply chain.
- Provide technical support for new product launches, ensuring readiness and developing testing protocols.
- Ensure specifications are developed, HACCP transfer documents are completed, and guardrails for food safety are in place.
- Maintain an updated central repository of specifications and standards, harmonizing quality management programs across the region.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in science or engineering with a strong understanding of food manufacturing processes.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and/or related fields with a proven track record in supporting product launches.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and effective written and oral communication to represent the company internally and externally.
