Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee quality and food safety compliance for Snacks & Beverage categories across ANZ geographies, ensuring quality and food safety by design for new innovations.

Responsibilities
  • Support product innovation with quality and food safety standards.
  • Participate in Stage Gate meetings to ensure quality and food safety guardrails.
  • Provide technical support for complex innovations and develop quality systems.
  • Ensure specifications are developed and implemented across manufacturing facilities.
  • Collaborate to develop quality and food safety objectives and targets.
  • Harmonize quality management programs and maintain a central repository of specifications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering with beverage and food manufacturing understanding.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of Quality Assurance experience with proven track record in new product launches.
  • Demonstrated leadership in Quality Assurance and related fields.
  • Strong leadership skills and effective communication.
  • Cross-cultural and matrix management ability to work with R&D teams.
