Job Summary

The Associate Technical Analyst position is a key role in our organization, where you will collaborate closely with experienced technology leaders to provide top-notch support to customers and business partners. You will have the opportunity to work on various technologies, take ownership of creating a positive customer experience, and develop your technical skills.

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues in assigned products by troubleshooting incidents, collecting detailed problem descriptions, traces, and log files, and replicating the issue.
  • Maintain open communication with clients regarding the progress of your investigation while ensuring all related records are properly updated in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with developers and peers as part of your daily routine.
  • Share best practices for utilizing and deploying Varicent products to enhance customer communication and help them maximize their product's business value.
  • Meet support KPI targets and SLAs.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English.
  • Japanese fluency is an asset.
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a technical client-facing role.
  • General software troubleshooting skills with broad experience in logical problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with client-server architecture.
  • Experience working with and troubleshooting web-based applications.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical instructions clearly to people with limited experience.
