Job Title: Senior Technical Specialist

Ambitious professionals are invited to apply for a challenging role as Senior Technical Specialist in our Distributed Energy Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading engineering and analysis projects to define technical requirements for distributed energy resources.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power systems, with expertise in developing solutions that support a power system with high levels of DER. They will also have excellent analytical skills to interpret and summarise complex data and insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering and analysis to define technical requirements for distributed energy resources.
  • Collaborate with industry experts to develop solutions that support a power system with high levels of DER.
  • Drive collaboration and stakeholder engagement to provide strategic advice to support an integrated approach.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to develop company positions on technical requirements.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Technology, or Science/Maths (with a power system focus).
  • Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary projects in distributed energy.
  • Skilled in preparing, reviewing, and finalising high-quality technical documentation and reports.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and summarise complex data and insights.
