Job Opportunity: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical services across all our venue and performance spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing foundation-level tasks in sound, audio visual, lighting, and/or staging to support live events.
  • Maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hirers, performers, and contractors.
  • Communicating effectively with individuals who may not have a technical background.
  • Ensuring health and safety requirements are met in a theatre/performing arts environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Foundation-level knowledge and skills in one or more areas of sound, audio visual, lighting, and/or staging.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
