Your focus will be on delivering high-quality after-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and training. You will also assist team members with trial setup, equipment delivery, and quote generation.

About the Role

", "

- Coordinate and deliver demo equipment locally
- Diagnose and repair power wheelchairs, power assists, and other products within agreed service level timelines
- Assist with spare parts and service inquiries
- Search and identify the correct part number required by the dealer for service and repair
- Produce accurate and complete quotes for products, spare parts, and services
- Maintain up-to-date service and quote records for quality purposes
- Process warranty assessments and returns
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, suppliers, customer service, and product management, for further diagnosis support
- Provide technical and programming support to dealers.
- Demo and Trial setup
- Maintain up-to-date toolkits for servicing
- Comply with Quality and Safety procedures and requirements.
