We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Technical Service Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is able to work independently, and has a strong ability to problem-solve.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of dispensing equipment across a range of customer sites. They will also be required to travel to regional sites when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install dispensing equipment according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards
  • Complete installations neatly, accurately, and safely
  • Respond to breakdowns and repair equipment on customer premises
  • Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating efficiently
  • Carry out workshop-based repairs on returned equipment
  • Travel to regional sites when required

The ideal candidate will have experience in service, repairs, or installation of technical equipment, strong customer service skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

This is a temporary full-time ongoing role offering hands-on work, autonomy, and customer interaction. Training will be provided to ensure success on the job.
