Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Services Specialist to provide exceptional technical expertise to our commercial, retail, institutional, and industrial customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Carry out preventative maintenance, breakdown repair, and fault diagnosis on automatic doors, swing doors, and revolving doors.
  • Major Works: Conduct major works on automatic, swing, and revolving doors.
  • Product Support: Provide support for other products from installation to new construction and existing clients.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of automatic door systems, mechanical components, and electrical circuits.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Effective troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
