Business Development Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about driving growth and innovation in the finance sector.

About the Role:
  • Lead the development of internal and external finance programs, working closely with sales executives to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the Brandt Finance team, identifying future opportunities and competitive pressures.
  • Manage and develop Retail Finance Managers and other Brandt Finance personnel, fostering a motivated and successful workforce.
  • Work collaboratively with the Brandt Finance and sales teams to identify and acquire strategic customers, achieving sales and market share goals.
  • Gather and monitor competitive intelligence from the marketplace to ensure Brandt Finance provides superior products.

About You:

  • Ten plus years of direct equipment finance-related experience in progressively senior management roles required.
  • Prior experience with the Brandt group would be considered an asset.
  • A high level of written and oral communication skills is essential.
  • Travel requirements include visiting the Brandt ANZ footprint to develop and strengthen relationships with strategic customers and sales executives.
