Job Overview

Maintaining long-standing partnerships with customers, you will provide tailored banking solutions to meet their needs and drive business growth.

In this dynamic role, you will make a significant impact by:

  • Fostering a deep understanding of customers' objectives and delivering mutually beneficial outcomes while aligning with organisational growth targets
  • Proactively identifying new business opportunities within the community and attracting new agribusiness clients
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement targeted engagement strategies for successful outcomes for customers, communities and the organisation
  • Driving profitable expansion through meeting sales targets, converting referrals and achieving results
  • Contributing to team success by mentoring and enhancing the skills of fellow Relationship Managers and Associates

Essential qualifications and skills include:

  • Tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance or a related discipline
  • Ability to undertake travel and possession of a valid driver's licence

Bonus attributes:

  • Demonstrated expertise in agribusiness lending and credit risk principles
  • Financial analysis skills, including ability to analyse and interpret financial statements
  • Up-to-date knowledge of agricultural market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows and markets
  • Able to think innovatively and develop customer-centric solutions
