Customer Service Advocate
We are seeking a proactive customer service professional to join our specialist packaging company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer experiences and enjoys working in a busy, team-driven environment.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers across Australia, handling phone and email enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and returns using Esker and SAP.
- Respond to enquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer data and support the sales process.
- Coordinate consignment stock and assist with weekend delivery arrangements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across customer service.
- Work collaboratively across departments to meet quality and delivery standards.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Competence using SAP, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
- A qualification in Customer Service, Business, or Supply Chain.
