Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Customer Service Representative. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
The Role- Provide customer service contact via phone and email
- Manage purchase orders and invoicing using industry-standard software
- Establish and maintain effective communication with overseas suppliers for import/export purposes
- Manage accounts receivable and payable activities
- Enter CRM data using MS Dynamics
This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational ability
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Qualification in business administration or accounting
- Experience with industry-standard software, including Reckon/QuickBooks
- Import/export process experience an advantage
- Account keeping and administration skills
- CRM systems experience - any
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel spreadsheet skills
